About Us

The Aboriginal Australian Human Rights Watchgroup is a free-to-air information resource center on the Internet. We are a non-for-profit volunteer watchgroup supported and sponsored by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Public Health Journal (ATSIPHJ). logo

 

The aim of the Aboriginal Australian Human Rights Watchgroup is to monitor and promote all issues relating to the Human Rights of all Aboriginal Australian's. We aim to increase the public' awareness of Human Rights violations confronting Aboriginal Australian's, and the ill effects it causes for individual/s, and the communities.

 

As a Watch group we will monitor, report, research and publicise these issues and organise public rallies and demonstrations against such activities.

 

The Aboriginal Australian Human Rights Watchgroup can advise people on how and where to make their complaint and will bring the experience and weight of the organisation to follow your case and promote it Publicly where required.

 

The Board of the Aboriginal Australians Watchgroup are:

 

  • Dr Elvianna Dorante-Day ~ President - (Member of the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community), Bachelor of Nursing, Masters of Arts (Aboriginal Issues), Graduate Diploma in Public Health, Doctor of Public Health (PhD).

    Mr. Simon Charles Dorante-Day ~ Webmaster & Secretary - (British Permanent Resident) Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Arts (History/ Aboriginal & Torres Strait Issues) (University of Queensland), MRGC.

    Ms. Keshia Dorante-Day ~ Treasurer - (Member of the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community),

    Simon Sean Dorante-Day ~ Trainee Technical Officer - (Member of the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community).
